Ideal Skills and Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated ability to follow directions effectively.

• Comfortable and engaging communication with both staff and customers.

• Proficient in expressing and communicating needs clearly.

• Capable of operating cashier/POS system

• Efficient completion of tasks, such as assisting in the preparation of coffee, stamping bags with the logo, calling out orders, greeting customers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the coffee shop.

• Adherence to sanitary practices for food handling, including proper handwashing and maintaining a clean work area.

•  Proper disposal of food waste and maintenance of cleanliness in the kitchen area and throughout the coffee shop.

• Capability to lift incoming products such as coffee bean bags, food, and packaging.
